The team at Paradise Regatta have been flooded with letters of support as the event moves to take it to the nation.
Gold Coast City Council, Gold Coast Tourism (Very GC), Rowing Queensland and the Gold Coast Water Police has all sent through messages that support the Regattas push to become a televised spectacle and watersports mecca.
Athletes from the 2008 Paradise Regatta have sent through incredibly supportive messages for the direction the Paradise Regatta has taken as they currently have no opportunity to attend this type of event packed full of social events, athletic competition and fun!
